How to Have an IMPACT on Students!

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

One definition of Impact is to "have a strong effect on something." This session will lead a discussion on what educators can do to have a positive effect" when teaching students of poverty. Date, research and our own personal successes will be discussed. Having an IMPACT in your classroom/school includes simply taking the initiative to understand what poverty means. Then...how do we challenge ourselves and the others around us to help every child succeed?
