Vanessa Smith has a great passion for working with families. Since the 1990’s, she had transitioned from a preschool to Ladson Elementary School, where she has been working for almost 19 years. Over the years, she has assisted many families that are in great need of food, clothing, shelter/housing, transportation, school supplies, etc. She also partners and collaborates with local business to seek assistance and donations. Being an advocate for students and parents, is her “heart”. She wants to have that certain impact in their lives, which also helps her feel better about herself. Her belief and goal have always been to make a difference in the lives of many.
